I had some issues with my 2008 Hyundai Santa Fe and had the repairs done at Airpark Auto Service. Unfortunately after 13,xxx miles one of the repairs failed and I took the vehicle back to Airpark Auto and the repair was only covered for 12,000 miles. Jacob Hawkins, the general manager, got involved and assured me that he would do his best to resolve this situation and have a positive outcome. In 30 minutes he and Tony,the technician, found the problem,ordered the parts and gave me ride home. At 11:00 a.m. the next morning Jacob called and said the car had been repaired and arrived at an equitable solution for me and Air Park Auto and had his driver pick me up to take me to the shop. Jacob and Air Park Auto Service now have a satisfied customer that will return for all future repairs.
