Jacob & John are most helpful. They can't do enough to help the customer. They go out of their way to explain what the problem is and the solution. Always good experience there!

Kerry's hooked it up. I dropped off my 7 series, they were straight up with the diagnosis and didn't bend me over a barrel with the labor. BMW parts are expensive to begin with so good looks to Kerry's for not taking advantage. And a complimentary shuttle service to boot?? Will def go back.

Unbelievable service! Took in 2003 VW I had just bought as check engine light came on. Several issues and parts John had to call all over to find. Stayed with it until all was right. They took it through emissions to assure it passed. Close to perfect as one can get. Extremely good prices. Want great service, prices and great communications will be hard to beat this place!

Dealt with John through the repair of the vehicle. Me living in Ft. Wayne, In. and helping my daughter out with her car Not really knowing what is going on can be somewhat difficult. John was very patient with me as we conversed over the phone several times. My concern at first was cost of repair and I needed some additional time to research the problem and the cost. We both came to a conclusion and a price that was much easier to swallow. I thank John for his patience, his understanding and the ability to still get her car repaired in one day
